The controls that matter for agentic AI are enforceable at the operating system and merely promised anywhere above it. That is why we are building one, and why the work is not finished.
Local is not a privacy feature, it is a capability
An agent is only as useful as the context it is allowed to see. People withhold context from the cloud, correctly. Running locally is what lets them stop.
The application model has run its course
Hunting through an app grid to assemble an answer by hand is a 40-year-old interaction pattern. Composing the interface per intent is the obvious replacement.
Say where you actually are
We are at v0.1.10 with no certifications and a small team. Overstating that would buy a meeting and lose the relationship.
