Single-source builds and Intel Wayland fixes

A Wayland regression on Intel graphics is resolved, all three editions now ship from a single build, and first-run provisioning is faster on macOS.

MCP connectivity and concurrent agents

Model Context Protocol servers can be added from a directory of verified connectors or declared by hand, over both local and remote transports.
